    What is the Myers-Briggs (MBTI®) instrument

    and how can it help your career?

     

    You may have heard someone ask "What is your type?"

    They weren't asking about your "sign."

    They were probably talking about your personality type, or more precisely, your Myers-Briggs Type.

    The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®, also known as the MBTI® is the most powerful and widely used psychological test in the world.

    Developed over 50 years ago, the MBTI has been taken by more than 50 million people in over 15 different languages.

    The MBTI is so powerful that it is used in a very wide variety of areas such as:

    There are many fakes and watered down versions of the Myers-Briggs.  You will find some that are even free.

    Our Myers-Briggs instrument is actually provided by our partners at CCP / MBTI Complete.  These folks are the only people who actually own the rights to the MBTI tests and all the research behind them. 

    Their MBTI is endorsed by the Myers-Briggs Foundation.

    Because the MBTI is a psychological instrument, its use is regulated.  Not everyone is trained and licensed to administer and interpret the test. That is why there are so many fakes on the internet.

    Just a few years ago, if you wanted to take the licensed version of the MBTI you would have to pay $150 to $200 over the internet.  Today, through our partnership with the MBTI Complete Team we can bring it to you for $59.95.

    Once you have your test results, you will know your four letter "type."

    Knowing yout type, and the type of other people will help you understand normal differences in the way people think, communicate, and interact—differences that can be the source of much misunderstanding.
